🧾 Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1⅓ cups allulose
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
- Melt butter and whisk in allulose until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking until glossy.
- Sift in cocoa powder and flour; fold gently until combined.
- Spread into pan and bake 16–20 minutes, until edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing for maximum fudginess.
💡 Allulose Baking Tip
Allulose browns faster than sugar, so check a couple of minutes early. For extra fudgy texture, underbake slightly and let them set in the pan.
