🧾 Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1⅓ cups allulose
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
  2. Melt butter and whisk in allulose until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until glossy.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder and flour; fold gently until combined.
  5. Spread into pan and bake 16–20 minutes, until edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
  6. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing for maximum fudginess.

💡 Allulose Baking Tip

Allulose browns faster than sugar, so check a couple of minutes early. For extra fudgy texture, underbake slightly and let them set in the pan.
